Monnet exclusively uses Limousin oak casks to mature its cognacs so as to maximise the aromas.
Continuous control of the cognacs during maturation is assured by the annual inventory including a tasting of all the batches.
Monnet is regularly awarded for the quality of its cognacs in various national and international competitions in Paris, London or Moscow for instance.
